RETURN/REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We offer a 24-hour guarantee for our flowers. If your flowers wilt despite the advised care within 24 hours of delivery, then immediately send us a photo and we shall replace it.
  • We offer 100% refund if the order is cancelled within a 4 hour window of placing the order.
  • The customer is not entitled to any refund for cancellation if refund is being claimed for the following reasons:
    • Products have been opened/tampered and are not in original condition as sent by Fiore D’oro.
    • Order was placed on incorrect address by the customer
    • Cancellation request was placed after a 4 hour window post placing the order.
  • There is no refund of the delivery charges, if any on the return of products.
  • The decision of Fiore D’oro regarding conditions of goods at the time of return shall be final.
  • We do not provide returns/refunds for orders in mint condition that are once created and/or delivered.
  • In case of unavailability of any particular flowers or foliage we will replace with the seasonal available stems and no refund will be provided in such a situation.
  • In case of unavailability of a box/vase/add on or any packing material, we will notify you and proceed with your confirmation, however, no refund will be provided in such a situation.
  • In case of unavailability of any packaging material (paper,glassware,box), if you chose a alternative that is higher in value than your order, the difference will be borne by you.
