Fiore D’oro provides free standard delivery all across Delhi and NCR Region.
We currently do not offer same day delivery
Our minimum order value is Rs. 1500/- only. For certain areas of Greater Noida, Gurgaon & Ghaziabad that fall farther from us, the minimum order value is Rs. 3500/-

Since we are dealing with perishable goods, depending on the product ordered, our flowers are delivered through 3rd party vendors or in our own air conditioned vehicles only.
Please remove water pouches at the time of putting in water – they are for transport purposes only.
If your flowers came in a container with floral foam or an Oasis, then please add fresh water daily and spray flowers with water, including on the first day itself, else the flowers will wilt and we will not be liable.

Please refer to the flower care tips section on our website on proper handling so your blooms may last as long as possible.
If you have ordered an arrangement/gift box that comes with any perishable add ons: please refrigerate them on receiving the order, we will not be liable for the quality of the products if they are not taken care of.
In case of bad weather such as heavy rains,area flooding or any other natural calamity, we will deliver as early as possible, and a refund for this will not be provided.
